Yes, we would be happy to give you a tour of our facility.
We are available for pick up and drop off of your pet by appointment. We can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (272) 236-1841 to set a time to meet you at our facility or your home.
Once you hand your pet over to us, they will never leave our care. All cremations are performed on site at our facility.
Yes, we can help coordinate the euthanasia process either at your home or at our facility with one of our partner Veterinary offices.

If you have not made prior arrangements, call us at (272)236-1841. Tell your veterinarian that your pet is going to Heavenly Paws Pet Funeral Home and Crematory, that you have made arrangements and we will arrive shortly to transport your pet. If you prefer to transport your pet yourself, you are more than welcome to.
The length of time will be based off of the weight of your pet. It can range from 30 minutes to about 3 hours.
Cremated remains will be returned to you within 72 hours.
Yes, you have the option to bury in cemeteries that offer pet burials or at your home. We are here to assist you in this process from start to finish.
Yes. If you choose a private cremation, you are welcome to be present during the cremation.
Yes, of course. We will include anything that was near and dear to your pet. Just let us know in advance of your wishes.
Please provide us with a picture and the accompanying text that you would like posted to your pet's memorial page via email at heavenlypaws.petfh@gmail.com and we will post it to our site for you. If you should need assistance writing a tribute, please let us know and we can assist.
